Rule 1: Supporting the “46 Constitution”
Supporting the “46 Constitution” (The constitution ratified in 1946), is to complete Sun Yat-sen and Chiang Kai-shek's ambition -- recovering the R.O.C's democratic system, restoring the Five-Power Constitution, founding a new China that is ethnic peace, equal, and comfortable for people's livelihood, which has actual freedom and democracy with “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity” and “Ethics, Democracy, Science”.
The Five-Power Constitution, by virtue of the mandate received from Chinese people, therefore carrying the orthodox legally, real democratic constitution owned by Chinese people, is what we are planning to bring back to Mainland China.
The reason we emphasize the importance of “46 Constitution”, is its "Additional Articles" was added for the government’s retreat to Taiwan. According to its content, it will be declared no longer effect after the restoration to the Mainland.
The history has shown that the Five-Power Constitution collected with Chinese people's wisdom and efforts, is the system in fact protecting and passing down the Chinese culture in Taiwan.
It is a constitution that ensures the power will be transferred with peace instead of war, giving people power of recalling officials to defend their rights, and guarantees the prosperity and happiness for people’s life.
It has proved that only the Five-Power Constitution of the R.O.C can improve people's wisdom and judgement to defend their own rights and refuse praising for the tyrant or any political correctness sugarcoated with the lies of "democracy" and "prosperous".
Rule 2: Country's interests are before the parties’
When we place the governing party before the country, it will become an impediment to implement a democratic constitutional and revolution, so we need to recognize that the country's interests are before the parties’. A patriot should agree that national interests always have priority over political parties, same should some people who are "loyal to the party and the nation". --It's about how should we distinguish between public and private interests.
As a part of Pro-ROCs, must agree that instead of elections or reform, revolution is the only way to save China, because this is revolution faction, not electoral party. If all the revolution factions have to be the winner in every election, then the revolution will never start, but stuck in the endless elections.
So far, there are so many parties who claim themselves a Pro-ROC faction, and participated many elections, but have they organized an organization or spread the idea for the revolution to save China? No.
However, some " Pro-ROC factions" claiming that it is necessary to let a certain party win an election and govern before the revolution. They often fight over elections and political parties. As for the revolution and saving the nation, they are no longer mentioned.
The fact is, if we can't prioritize the country's interests over the parties', then the parties will always be an interference to the recovery for the democratic system and the revolution, instead of a support.
Rule 3: Overthrow the communist and recover the R.O.C
The reason we need to overthrow the communist and recover the R.O.C, is to bring the justice back to the history, the nation, and the people.
To the history: Excluding every political correctness from the ideology of the political party, bringing back the justice for our martyrs during revolution and the Sino-Japanese War history.
To the nation: We need to rebuild a normal society and education for China, to let everyone around the world including Chinese people themselves to rediscover that we Chinese are not extreme nationalists, but in fact are rational and open-minded people. That's the way to bring the justice back to the nation.
To the people: Recover the Five-Power Constitution and system allowing districts to self-government immediately, bring the four rights of “Election, Recall, Referendum, and Initiative”, the freedom of speech and the freedom of press back to the people. To let people have the power to supervise the officials, ensuring they will be the men of the people instead of exploiters, will improve the quality of working environment and livelihood by the roots, and bring virtuous cycle to the society. Meanwhile the people can also benefit from the society, transferring the country’s benefits to the people’s, and that’s the meaning of bringing the justice back to the people.
Therefore, if we want bring the justice back to the people, then we need to bring the justice back to the nation, and before that, to the history--and these goals can reached by only overthrow the CCP and recover the R.O.C back to mainland China.
